How secure a site is this, can other people see my images?
The site uses ASP technology. Only you can see the images by inputting your unique username and password. The only other people, who will be able to see the images, are those that you give your unique username and password to.

I don't have a Paypal account, how do I pay for my images?
You, as a customer, don't need a Paypal account to make online purchases. All transactions go through our account held with Paypal. If you wish to find out more about Paypal, you can visit their site at www.paypal.com.

Can I make payments by cheque or postal orders?
No, all payments are handled through our secure Paypal account. This creates an electronic record of the payment, thus creating a guarantee for both parties.

Can I download my images straight from the website?
No. The website has been set up for online viewing and print purchase only.

Can I purchase my images on a CD, to make my own prints?
No, we only sell images as prints through the website. If you have any specific requests please contact the office, and we can discuss your requirements.

If my order is received damaged, what should I do?
Contact the office straight away, quoting your order reference, either by telephone or by email. We will arrange to have your damaged goods replaced at no extra cost to you.

Once I have placed an order, when will I receive my photographs/frames?
We aim to fulfil orders within 28 working days.

What do I do if my order isn't received within 28 working days?
Please phone or email the office with your order reference, and we will look into the problem.

What happens if I receive somebody else's order?
This should never happen, as we use a unique referencing system, which matches your images to your details only. If, in the unlikely event this does happen, please contact us immediately.
